About Anna Celiceo
Estate Planning Paralegal

Anna Celiceo joined Celaya Law in March 2026 as an Estate Planning Paralegal. She brings over 20 years of legal support experience, with a background in estate planning, trust funding, elder law, Medi-Cal planning, trust administration, personal injury, and family law. Her work extends beyond document preparation; she is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process.
Anna is fluent in both Spanish and English and is especially committed to serving Spanish-speaking communities. She enjoys helping clients understand complex legal documents by translating and explaining them in clear, practical terms. Whether preparing documents, guiding clients through their options, or simply taking the time to listen, Anna strives to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Anna serves on the Paralegal Advisory Committee Board at Southwestern College and is a member of the San Diego Paralegal Association. She is also active in volunteer work through her church. Educated in both Mexico and the United States, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Point Loma Nazarene University, an Associate of Science in Paralegal-Bilingual Studies from Southwestern College, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Southwestern College. She has also been a commissioned Notary Public in California since 2006.
In her free time, Anna enjoys cooking, reading, listening to audiobooks, traveling with her husband, and walking her Shih Tzu, Chewy. She is the proud wife of an Air Force veteran and mother of three children, including one currently serving in the Air Force, one who served as a Navy corpsman, and one pursuing a degree in the medical field.
