JOHN MILLER

John Miller is an Associate Attorney at Celaya Law, where he focuses his practice on Estate Planning and Trust Administration. He began his legal career in Washington, D.C., working for a mid-sized firm handling real estate transactions and probate matters. Early in his career, John saw firsthand how frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming the probate process could be for families. That experience continues to shape his work today.

Now based in Napa, John devotes much of his practice to helping clients avoid the burdens of probate through thoughtful, strategic estate planning. He also assists families in navigating the complexities of administering an estate after the loss of a loved one. His approach blends clear, objective counsel with compassion and understanding, recognizing that estate matters are not only legal but deeply personal.

Whether working with clients to protect and preserve their legacy or guiding them through the administration process, John’s goal is to provide peace of mind and clarity at every step. He believes that effective planning is one of the greatest gifts you can leave your loved ones.

John moved to Napa in 2009, where he lives with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter, Phoebe. Outside the office, he enjoys the unique beauty and community of the Napa Valley, where he is proud to serve clients with integrity and care.
