Juan Lezama
Juan joined Celaya Law as a Bilingual Legal Assistant in September 2025.
Juan was born in Mexico and immigrated to Napa, California, with his family at the age of four. Except for two years spent in Pueblo, Colorado, he has called Napa home ever since. Raised and educated in Napa, Juan developed a strong sense of community and a passion for helping others early in life.
Before entering the legal field, Juan built a successful career in service and sales. After graduating, he worked in his parents’ restaurant, where he learned the importance of servant leadership and customer care. Over the past two decades, Juan held various managerial and training roles in the service industry and later transitioned into banking as a personal banker. These experiences taught him how to foster trust and build lasting relationships, skills he now brings to his work at Celaya Law, particularly in serving the Spanish-speaking community.
Juan takes pride in being a first-generation immigrant and uses his bilingual abilities to bridge gaps and ensure clients feel understood and supported. His commitment to excellence and empathy makes him a valuable resource for families navigating estate planning and legal matters.
In his free time, Juan enjoys assisting his father in creating new recipes and culinary ideas. He also loves staying active through running and biking, and cherishes trips to Disneyland with his girlfriend and their daughters.
