About Megan Reilly

Operations Manager

Megan Reilly joined Celaya Law with a background in public administration, education, and organizational leadership. She brings a strong focus on operations, client experience, and community engagement, supporting the firm’s daily functions while helping implement systems that improve efficiency and support long-term growth.

Megan earned her Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco, where she also served as a Research Assistant supporting academic programming and worked as a co-editor for the International Journal of Policy and Leadership. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies. During college, she spent her first year and a half living abroad, an experience that shaped her global perspective and interest in culture, systems, and community development.

Throughout her career, Megan has led a wide range of programs and operational initiatives. She has developed a strong ability to manage cross-functional projects, build meaningful relationships, and create systems that support both people and organizations. Her experience also includes managing financial workflows such as accounts payable and receivable, strengthening her understanding of business operations and internal systems.

Megan is passionate about helping organizations strengthen communities and better support the people they serve. She is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex processes.

Originally from Scituate, Massachusetts, Megan now lives in Napa, California. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, learning new languages, and spending time with her partner and their dog, Hank.
